Thus, creating an account consists of 3 steps: providing personal information, approval from the Company, making a deposit.

The deposit amount is determined by the Client independently in accordance with his/her wishes.

The minimum amount that the Client can deposit into his/her trading account is 200. Money can be transferred from a credit/debit/prepaid card, from a bank account or an e-wallet.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, add or remove options from the list of possible deposit methods.

The Company has the full right to change the list of available methods for replenishing the account or withdrawing funds in accordance with the requirements of the control authorities.

The deposit amount may fluctuate depending on changes in exchange rates, the presence of commissions, discrepancies between the currency of the Investor’s card and the trading account, as well as other reasons. The Company will inform the Investor of all such changes.

The Investor undertakes to monitor and take into account all changes in market conditions and exchange rates when opening an account.

The amount of these fees are withdrawn from the Trader’s account. To clarify information about them, the Client can contact the support service.

Payments for the Company’s services may be subject to mark-ups and discounts, as well as supply and demand coefficients, etc. Once the payment is made, the Company will charge these funds regardless of the method the Trader has chosen to replenish the account. The only party that can change the amount of fees is the Company. By creating a trading account, the Trader agrees to these terms and any changes that may arise depending on the fluctuation of asset prices, changes in the market or for other reasons.

The Company may change the terms of providing the Trader with financial services, bonus offers, discounts, the amount of fees, etc. at its own discretion.

The Company may change the amount of fees for unfinished transactions.

The Company may make different promotional offers to different Investors. In order to use them, Investor must fully familiarize themselves with their terms. In order to receive bonuses, an Investor must comply with them until the end of the promotion.

To benefit from promotional offers, the Investor must have certain skills. If they are absent, he/she may not receive a profit and may incur losses from both the bonus account and the main account. CFD trading is always associated with risks, and the Investor must take this into account.

No bonus offer may be transferred to third parties. The Company develops them individually for Investors, and in order to use them, they must meet certain conditions.

The currency of the bonuses must match the currency of the Investor’s account.

All terms of bonus offers are developed by the Company alone, and the Investor cannot make any changes to them. However, the latter may refuse a specific promotional offer.

Violation of the terms of the bonus offer or reasonable suspicion of it may result in its revocation or closure of the Investor’s account, as this is considered a violation of the Agreement.

Withdrawal of funds from the bonus account is possible either by transferring it to a personal account or by fulfilling the requirement for a minimum trading volume (the bonus amount in lots multiplied by 7).

In cases where the Investor redeems the bonus amount, the terms of the agreement may be subject to change.

CONTRACT FOR DIFFERENCE (CFD) TRADING PLATFORM

MARKET INFLUENCE

When participating in CFD trading, the Client must understand that he/she does not own the asset itself, but a contract based on its value, since CFD trading is based on price changes. His/her task is to sell this contract at the moment when the asset price is at its highest, since their prices are closely interrelated. They are influenced by many factors, including economic and market trends. These factors can lead to significant price changes, which can lead to both profit and loss for the Client. Therefore, he/she must carefully monitor all events that affect asset prices. In cases where the Client wants to avoid losses from changes in asset prices, he/she can contact the provider with a request for a margin adjustment. However, if the Client does not meet certain margin requirements, the Company has the right to close positions, and then the Client will have to face financial losses.

LIQUIDITY AND PRICE FLUCTUATIONS

Asset prices are highly dependent on market conditions. Their changes can be sudden and significant, which affects the profit or loss. Inactive assets may be undervalued, requiring additional margin to be paid to maintain ownership. The contract may be terminated, in which case no margin will be required, but this will affect the value of the CFD. It may also be affected by market volatility. Customer should be aware of the possible risks, take them into account for the future, and express their concerns to the provider.

SUMMARY

The Company offers Investors various analytical instruments that help evaluate the prospects of CFD trading. For example, Stop Loss closes the contract when the asset price reaches a predetermined point. But even using such tools and minimal investments is not a guarantee of profit or absence of losses. The Investor should analyse all conditions in advance, especially when trading using margin. On average, a loss-to-profit ratio of 1:3 is considered successful, although real results may be different.

INDEMNITIES

Traders accept that they must comply with the terms of this Agreement and that they are responsible for any losses that may arise in the event of their violation. Traders undertake to cooperate with the Company’s representatives. In cases where a Trader fails to fulfil obligations to the Company’s representatives, the latter may withdraw funds from his/her account. If a Trader cooperates with the Company by concluding transactions, this means that he/she is satisfied with the quality of the services provided.

Unless otherwise agreed between the Client and the Company, the primary language of communication is English. The Agreement may be amended by the Company, and this does not require prior approval from the Client.

If the Client has a question, he/she can send it to the Company. The answer will be received within 7-10 days, which the Company needs to study the transaction history, personal data and other factors.

In order to consider applications, the Client undertakes to provide information that corresponds to reality. The Company has the right to charge fees from the Client’s accounts regardless of their activity status and limit the ability to use the account if the Agreement has expired.
